Essentially there is a bug in Chrome or on certain older devices that can cause the 3D graphics renderer in your browser to fail when producing the Connectome.
We need to kick start it again or seek another browser that supports 3D graphics rendering more efficiently.
To fix this issue in Chrome, please follow the steps below to fix the issue:
Head to chrome://flags/ in your browser.
Search for "WebGL Draft Extensions" and enable this option to allow web applications to access WebGL extensions.
Once this has been done, you will be prompted to restart your browser. This will initiate the kick start of the 3D graphics renderer.
If you wanted to, you can disable the WebGL extension again since this process will have got your connectome working again.
If this still hasn't worked, please check https://get.webgl.org/ to check if your browser does in actual fact support 3D graphics rendering.
